Account List


         When you select Passwords tab, you will see a main window divided into two parts.In the left part of the window is an Account List.On the right side is located a Passcard section.

         Account List shows you all login accounts that you have saved with Login King.

         Find option is used if you have a long list of login accounts and if you want to find the account profile by its name, you just need to enter the search text.If there are more than one account with the same search text in the name, use the Next button to locate the one you are looking for.

         At the bottom of the window, you see "Add to 1-Click" button. This button adds selected login account from Account List to the "1-Click" account list.

         "Remove Item" button removes selected login account from Account List (and completely from the Login King software). Because of that, you will have to confirm your remove action by pressing "Yes" button in another confirmation pop-up window.





         Passcard is located on the right side of the Passwords window. Passcard displays userís data of the login account selected in the Account List on the left.

         On the top of the Passcard, you have the account profile name, which can be renamed by entering a new name.

         If your login account has both username and password, you will see two text fields; if not, you will see just one text field for password. Username and password can be modified by entering new values.

         You will see # sign shown in the password field. If you want to see real content of password field, you will have to check the "Show" box.

         Below Password field is located Show Advanced Options button. You will see this button if your selected login account has other specific login options. For example, if your account is related to a web page that supports cookies, to remember your login, you will get options related to cookies settings with this button. If your login page has other additional fields besides username and password fields for login sequence, with Show Advanced Options button you will see all other fields related to this login account profile.

         All modifications are saved when you click "Save" button.







         1-Click tab in the Options window is reserved for organizing your 1-Click Logins from "1-Click" list.

         In the main window of this tab, it has listed all your 1-Click Login entries.

         On the right side of the list, you have three buttons "Move Up", "Move Down" and "Sort". These buttons are used to move selected item up or down on the list.In this way, you can decide in which order items on the 1-Click Login list are sorted.


         If you press "Delete" button, it will remove selected 1-Click Login entry from "1-Click" list.



Rename your 1-Click Login


         Below 1-Click Login list, there is a "Rename" button.

         First, you have to select one item from the list, then With a click on "Rename" button, it will open a dialog box as shown below.

         In this "Rename Favorite" dialog box, you can rename current item from 1-Click Login list by entering new name for it, and confirming with "OK" button.

         Please note that this rename will also modify related entry in the Account List (related passcard name will be modified too).










         In the Backup Tab of Login King Options window, you have three main options to choose: Backup, Restore and Clean.



         Backup button is used to backup (save) all your login data from Login King to a file securely encrypted with AES 256-bit algorithm. This is used for backup purposes, or if you want to transfer your existing login data to another computer. After clicking at this button, you will have to choose where the new file with login data will be saved and the backup process of Login King is then completed.

         Restore button is used to restore (import) your login data from any Login King backup file. You just have to click at the Restore button and browse from open dialog box for the right file that you want to restore; everything else related to the restoring Login King will do by itself.

         Clean button is used to clean (clear, delete) all of your login data from your computer. When doing this, don't forget to backup your login data. After click at button, you will get warning window about your action, where you can change your mind about cleaning. To erase all login data, click at Yes button.








Preferences Tab is where you can configure settings of Login King. Here you can change PIN, enable/disable some functions of the software. You can activate each option by checking the box beside it; except the Change PIN option where you have to press the button:




         "Protect your Login King profile with a secret PIN number" option, if checked, allows you to restrict access to the Login King. This option will make sure that only those who know your PIN would have access to your login data and will be able to login with your credentials.

         "Automatically Turn Off Login King when I'm inactive for..." will turn off software completely after a configurable period of minutes. If you check this option, to activate it you will also need to enter a length of time in minutes.

         "Automatically Turn On Login King when I start my computer" will start Login King at windows startup (just after starting your computer).

         "Automatically close all web browsers when I turn off Login King" option will close all web browser windows when you turn off Login King as a security measure if you have been signed in at any browser (so no one could use your logged in sessions in web browser after you turn off the software).

         "Permanently hide Login King browser toolbar" option when checked will hide toolbar from the browser.

Change PIN


"Change PIN" will start new window where you have to enter your current PIN and press "OK" button.



After that, you will get new window with two fields where you have to enter new PIN (support all alpha numeric characters) and re-enter it in the next field for confirmation.
